For the second consecutive weekend, the VCF Academy will field a side in the LaLiga Promises tournament, the Under-12s tournament that brings together representatives of all LaLiga Santander clubs. On this occasion the XXIX edition of the tournament is being held after the XXX edition, having been postponed from last year. Thus, the players will be Under-13s in an exceptional adjustment.
A VCF Academy team from Infantil level will participate from Friday to Sunday, joining Group B. On Friday they will play four games, beginning against Real Sociedad (10:30am), then facing Granada CF (11:30am), CD Leganés (5:30pm) and finally Sevilla FC (6:30pm). The Last 16 and quarter-finals will be played on Saturday, and the semi-finals and final on Sunday. The Valencia CF team will be coached by Nacho Tarín, current coach of VCF Cadete A.
